OnPoint started as a development company in Boston and has grown into a private real estate investment and asset management firm that acquires and stabilizes large Multi-Family properties in markets throughout the United States. We focus on acquiring properties with a value add component that are in markets that show strong fundamentals as well as indicators of long term lasting growth. We create value and force appreciation by making capital improvements, enhancing management and reducing operational inefficiencies. Our goal is to create communities that our residents are proud to call home while generating returns for investors that are supplemented with rental cash flow.
We believe that investing in multifamily real estate presents one of the most powerful strategies for creating long term wealth. While there are many asset classes in real estate, we choose to focus on value-add and re-development. We work with our investors to align their investment goals with the appropriate asset class.

OnPoint got its start in Boston as a development company focused on buying distressed and deteriorated housing stock within some of Boston’s most promising neighborhoods and transforming them into condos and rental properties. Since 2010, its Principals have collectively been involved with over $46 million worth of real estate development. We draw from our experience acquiring, managing and underwriting complex re-development projects and have expanded our focus to acquiring and re-positioning multifamily apartment communities.
Today, in addition to acquiring multifamily apartment communities, OnPoint develops select ground up projects within the City of Boston.
